Antique model boat, Ancient Egyptian Royal Galley

A fantastic antique, late 19th century model boat. A scratch built model made from mahogany and hardwood, it is a model of an ancient Egyptian Royal Galley. The boat has areas picked out in colourful enamel and scratch built rigging. It is mounted onto an ebonised stand with a plaque to the front.

A lovely decorative antique model, very hard to find and most likely a one of a kind piece. Would make a lovely decor piece for a wide range of interiors. Good used condition overall, some age commensurate wear and signs of use, some areas have glue residue from possible repairs, some minor pitting to some areas. 4.75 length / depth.
